We currently build SILA’s magnetic arrays longhand using manual jigs. In production this will be automated, which should bring uniformity of placement and consequent increase in output force.
In this DER funded project we will design, build and test an automated prototype for constructing these arrays. This will provide the missing information we need to plan and raise funding for a SILA pilot line.
